Louisville has invested nearly $7 million to buy a few buildings just off of South Floyd and East Breckinridge streets to create the campus, but money from private donors is still needed. 

The city spent nearly $7 million to purchase a few buildings just off of South Floyd Street and East Breckinridge Street in May to create the campus. 

It's not hard to spot tents, tarps and suitcases in downtown Louisville.
