A tree blocked the eastbound lanes Thursday.

It took place around 4 p.m. Friday.

All lanes of Interstate 64 East opened Thursday morning at the Cochran Hill Tunnel after a fiery fatal crash Wednesday caused it to close for nearly 20 hours.

The closure is set to start around 5 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, and will be closed for three days.

Interstate 64 is expected to be closed in both directions for the next four weekends because of work on the Cochran Hill Tunnels. But after the first weekend of closures and detours, problems popped up.
