According to the Jefferson County Coroner, 30-year-old Jo'Gori Harris Jr. died on scene in the 2400 block of Nichols View Court. 

JCPS has about 200 teaching vacancies in classrooms throughout the district, primarily because of the recently expanded Pathfinder School of Innovation and newly created positions thanks to federal COVID-19 relief funding.

Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a Seven Counties Services employee -- who also works at JCPS -- for prescription drug abuse.
