LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jefferson County residents can now request storm and flood debris to be picked up from their curbs.

Some Kentucky flood victims say they’re being denied federal assistance, not because they weren’t impacted by the recent natural disasters, but because of where their mailbox happens to be.
