Three men were indicted this week nearly three months after a Louisville Metro Police officer was critically injured in a shooting on South 40th Street in the Chickasaw neighborhood.
The shots came from a nearby house.
Four people have been arrested in connection with the shooting, but no one has been charged with firing the shot that hit the officer.
Dominique Thompson, 27, Jemond Groves, 22, and Quantez Porter, 28, all arrested on Thursday after a police standoff at a home at the corner of West Kentucky Street and South 40th Street.
