Jonah Bevin is seeking retroactive child support, arguing he was denied a proper education as a child.
Bevin had until noon to provide the documents or face 60 days in jail.
Former Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin has until noon Friday to turn over financial records in an ongoing family court case or face arrest and 60 days in jail, according to new court documents.

Bevin's attorney filed more paperwork in his case Monday morning.
The new court date comes after months of delays and new developments in the case.

“I don’t think they are properly qualified to adopt kids,” the 18-year-old said about the recently divorced Bevins, who adopted Jonah and a group of three siblings from Ethiopia in 2012, when he was five.
But Jonah found comfort in talking with two friends he made there, Elijah and Amir. They bonded through their trauma.
On Friday, a Jefferson County judge granted Jonah's emergency protection order against former Governor Matt Bevin just hours after requesting it.
