Lesley Harvey was arrested on March 15, after crashing her bus loaded with students into some poles.

Police say 54-year-old Lesley Harvey was driving drunk with 33 students on an Oldham County School bus last Friday.

Lesley Harvey was also charged with failure to report an accident, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and leaving the scene of an accident.
