A petition circulating in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood could change how some bars operate by requiring them to generate most of their revenue from food sales instead of alcohol.

The Palm Room on West Jefferson Street in the Russell neighborhood and The Gruv Sports Bar and Lounge on West Market Street in downtown made the announcement over the weekend.
