Gone are the massive crowds and long lines—finding a seat is easy, and placing a bet is almost effortless.

Opening Night will be April 26 at Churchill Downs. 

Churchill Downs also had Halloween activities as part of Family Adventure Day. Children wore costumes and candy was given out.

The September Meet at Churchill Downs kicks off Thursday night with Twilight Thursday races.

Churchill Downs will host 11 stakes races in the September Meet, but they'll all be run on the dirt track.
