A 19-year-old Louisville man was charged with first degree robbery and assault after police said he shot and man he stole his laptop after agreeing to meet up to buy it.

LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said police responded to a report of a person down in the 2700 block of Cedar Street, near West Muhammad Ali Boulevard, around 10:30 a.m.
