Jan Fletcher was allegedly assaulted while cleaning her porch in south Louisville around 4 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2025.

The shooting took place around 8 p.m. Sunday during a rescheduled game between Pleasure Ridge Park and Male High Schools. 

Police said Kareem Garner was considered "prolific" in the dog fighting world and was apparently well-known in the region.
