According to police, 42-year-old Yusnier Pachecho Bernal was going nearly 120 miles per hour and "drag racing with a blue BMW" northbound on Bardstown Road around 1 p.m. Friday in south Louisville.
LMPD said he was caught on social media posts, cellphone videos and crime center cameras.
