Relatives of Katelyn Hall said her mental health had been deteriorating in recent years and believe the situation could have been handled differently.

A man was hospitalized Tuesday morning after he was shot on Outer Loop near I-65 in Okolona following a crash with another vehicle. 

He was taken to University Hospital where he later died of his injuries.
