Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg officially announced his re-election campaign on Tuesday.

Sen. David Yates, D-Louisville, was appointed by Mayor Craig Greenberg to fill the role following longtime clerk Bobbie Holsclaw's death in September.

Rep. Pamela Stevenson could be looking to replace Sen. Mitch McConnell in the U.S. Senate.

Louisville Metro Councilwoman Paula McCraney announced she has changed her party affiliation from Democrat to Independent. 

Findley founded the Justice and Freedom Coalition last summer during racial justice protests that broke out in Louisville after the fatal police shooting of Breonna Taylor.
