Carrington Bagwell, 23, is now being charged with three counts of complicity to wanton endangerment and harassment for a November incident at Kroger on Second Street.

According to an arrest report, Carrington Bagwell, 23, is being charged with complicity to assault.

The woman said she gave birth last week and placed the baby in the closet of an apartment on Zorn Avenue.
