LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman was arrested Monday afternoon in connection to a shooting that happened back in early January in a Wendy's parking lot on Taylor Boulevard.

According to an arrest report, Carrington Bagwell, 23, is being charged with complicity to assault.

Officers were originally called to the 3400 block of Taylor Boulevard around 11 a.m. on January 4 for the shooting. When they arrived, they found a man in his mid-20's who was shot.

An arrest report says Bagwell and the victim argued about her dog that had gotten loose. Bagwell reportedly went back to her residence and told the alleged shooter about the argument.

That person's name is not identified in arrest reports.

The report says the two returned to the area and the shooter shot the victim.

Bagwell is accused of encouraging the alleged shooter to shoot the man. Police confirm Bagwell and the shooter did not know the victim prior to the incident.

The man who was shot survived.

Bagwell is expected in court arraignment Tuesday morning.
