Mayor Craig Greenberg asked for patience from Louisville residents complaining about neighborhood streets.

Crews won't be plowing, instead, putting down salt. Officials believe it will help melt away the remaining ice and snow. 

The city has used 30 million pounds of salt on the roads so far and crews are filling up their trucks with more salt.
