Several members of the Jeffersonville Police Department received vital health checks this week courtesy of National Diagnostic Services, a mobile unit that brings a full range of medical exams directly to the officers.

The pressure of some situations has a lasting effect on officers.
"This mobile testing unit will be able to go out to businesses, to certain neighborhoods, to locations where people are and do some testing there on-site," a county official said.
