A judge set a new trial date Monday for the wife of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel.

The daughter of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel was taken into custody Monday as her case continues.

Police also seized electronic records, including three Excel spreadsheets from Allegiant Travel Company containing approximately 35 itineraries for Jamey, Misty, and Kasey Noel. 

Investigators are asking for records that show how the former Clark County sheriff paid for commercial airline tickets for his family and a former councilwoman who is also the mother of one of his children.
