Nelson County deputies searched his home in November, and said they found a pipe bomb, police gear, and a detailed list of people he planned to kill.

Mason Johnson was charged with attempted murder, attempted kidnapping, possession of destructive device or booby trap device, use of weapon of mass destruction and impersonating a peace officer.
