A man was arrested Saturday after allegedly breaking into a home in Louisville's Wyandotte/Oakdale neighborhood while armed with a weapon similar to a medieval flail.

A neighbor told WDRB News that police officers had asked if they'd heard any gunshots in the days before the woman was found inside the house.
