Three teenagers who were fishing nearby saw the boat go into the water, and two of them jumped into the river. They swam to the vehicle and helped get the driver out. 

Churchill Downs made special recognition Saturday for Louisville first responders, particularly thanking the firefighters who saved a woman whose semitruck was dangling off the 2nd Street Bridge after a crash earlier this year.
