Officers were called to a report of a person down inside a home in the 6900 block of Sky Blue Avenue just after 1 a.m. Wednesday.

His arrest marks the third in 20-year-old Milton Ritchie's murder.

Police said Daontez Hodges shot Milton Ritchie outside his vehicle in southwest Louisville after Ritchie showed up to meet a 15-year-old girl. 

It's under investigation.
