Lawmakers in Kentucky are pushing a bill that could eliminate the statute of limitations for victims of sexual assault to come forward.

The Kentucky State Parole Board denied Sean Jackman in a hearing Tuesday morning.

"I'm angry, and I'm sad, and I'm hurt, and I feel like it's just another slap in the face," said Samantha Killary.
