The family of a 10-year-old girl who died in a car crash earlier this year has filed a lawsuit against the woman police say was driving drunk when it happened.
Police say Sequoyah Collins, 24, was under the influence of alcohol and driving more than 80 miles per hour at the time of the crash in July.
