The city dedicated a banner Friday to the singer, songwriter, rapper and music producer Stephen Garrett, better known as Static Major.

Static Major, the rapper and songwriter who's best known for his appearance on Lil Wayne's 2008 single "Lollipop," will be honored with a Hometown Hero banner in Louisville.
