Jefferson County Public Schools leadership said Monday they're confident in the plan to get students to and from school on their first day back Thursday, promising the brand new plan is a step forward a year after chaos enveloped the start of the year.
This year's theme is "The Periodic Elements of Louisville." The bus will debut in the Pegasus Parade this Sunday.
