Shepherdsville’s City Council reversed its earlier vote, allowing Mark 12 Ministries’ Grace Village project to move forward.

Some residents want the city to come up with its own ordinance dealing with transitional homes, but the city attorney says it's not possible. 

Thirty men were living at the center when the fire started.
