The National Transportation Safety Board recently published a revised report on a plane crash that killed three people, include the founder of Louisville City FC, in southern Indiana in 2018.

Winglets installed on Louisville City FC Founder Wayne Estopinal's plane are likely the reason the plane went down, according to the report.

The crash killed the founder of Louisville City FC, the pilot and a marketing executive.

On Friday, the FAA will ground a part installed on the plane that crashed and killed three in November in southern Indiana.
