Winthrop Taylor was already facing several charges stemming from a separate December incident that included a three-hour crime spree in the Highlands, carjackings and a shootout with police that injured one person.

According to court records, 36-year-old Winthrop Taylor was arrested after a three-hour crime spree that ended with at least one person injured and shots fired at Louisville police.
