The adventure begins with an overview of the town and its significance before Dalton repels into Hidden River Cave, a once-dilapidated cave that has transformed into a top tourist destination. Inside, he hikes through the underground passages, crosses the world’s longest suspension bridge in a cave, and discovers incredible dome rooms showcasing nature’s subterranean beauty.
Next, Dalton stops for a hearty meal at Five Broke Girls, a local favorite known for its Texas-style burgers and comfort food that hits the spot after a day of exploring.
The journey wraps up at Kentucky Down Under, where Dalton gets up close and personal with exotic animals. From hopping around with kangaroos to meeting capybaras and other unique species, he also learns about the park’s ties to Horse Cave’s natural caves and its role in the town’s tourism.
