LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Ah, Whatta Bout’ Mimi! is spreading joy one balloon at a time.
WDRB’s Keith Kaiser joined some artists as they share their love of balloon sculptures.
Ah, Whatta ‘Bout Mimi! was established in October, 2003.
What started out as a place to get employee gifts has turned into something bigger.
Ah, Whatta Bout’ Mimi! specializes in homemade fudge, balloons, fruit bouquets, gift baskets and more.
They have gotten creative with costumes in preparation of upcoming parades including the Love Gnome.
They have also taken on some very worthy causes.
Ah, Whatta Bout’ Mimi! is spreading the love by collecting scarves for the Ladies of Good Shepherd Church.
In turn, the scarves will be donated to Hope Scarves.
Hope Scarves is an international non-profit organization based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Their mission is to support people facing cancer through scarves, stories, and research.
Anyone who donates a scarf at the downtown store will receive 20% off their Valentine order.
