Holidays Around the World at the Frazier History Museum

The Frazier History Museum presents "Holidays Around the World", a visually-stunning, multi-cultural tree display that celebrates holiday traditions found throughout Louisville's diverse communities.

It ranges from trees decorated as they would be in countries that observe Christmas, to cultural displays showcasing other holidays observed around the globe throughout the year.

The exhibition will be located on the first and second floor of the facility and will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m through January 2nd.

The Holidays Around the World features the customs of over twenty countries, from decorated Christmas tree displays to visual exhibits of holiday traditions.

Some countries do not celebrate Christmas, so their unique holiday traditions will be on display to help educate visitors on the variety the cultural differences.

Entertainment will be provided by school choirs on various days during the exhibition.

Tickets are $10.50 for adults (15-59), $9.50 for military, $8.50 for seniors (60+), $7.50 for college students with a valid I.D., $6 for children (5-14) and free for children 4 and under, Frazier members and teachers.
