The first ever Miniatures & Dollhouse Show is presented by the Louisville Miniature Club, Saturday October 26th at Beargrass Christian Church.
Local hobbyists show off their love of everything small by creating detailed displays that anyone can appreciate.
The Louisville Miniature Club, part of the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (N.A.M.E.) was started thirty years ago, and now meets twice a month.
Members take turns each month teaching a Make-It Take-It project. Once or twice a year, club members also carpool to regional miniatures shops and museums.
The club also brings in artisans to teach classes. LMC is active in the community, the Kentucky State Fair, and in N.A.M.E. Officers are voted in every other year, and ANY member can hold an office. Dues are $20 per year (pro-rated for partial year membership).
