LOUISVILLE, Ky .(WDRB) -- Work on your balance and reduce stress with a martial art.

WDRB's Keith Kaiser gets into the groove of Tai Chi with Lloyd Kelly.

Lloyd found Tai Chi at 10-years-old while living with his family on an Air Force base. The commanding officer had a passion for martial arts and lead some classes.

Lloyd went from student to teacher earning his certifications and teaching Tai Chi across the state of Kentucky.

He has gained a following after working with the Norton Neuroscience Institute, leading classes patients with neurological conditions.

Tai Chi (Taiji) is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice, known as "meditation in motion," combining slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and focused awareness. It is widely practiced for health benefits like improved balance, stress reduction, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Anybody can do Tai Chi because it's a low-impact activity!
