Due to the heat sticking around for a good chunk of the week, the Heat Advisory that was originally set to expire on Tuesday evening has been extended. This will now expire on Wednesday at 8 PM. The NWS notes heat index values up to 106 degrees are possible! In addition to the extension, Adair county, who was previously not included has now also been added to the advisory to include our entire viewing area.
