A developer plans to demolish the former laundromat on Bardstown Road to make way for a five-story boutique hotel and a bar, according to plans filed Monday with Louisville Metro government.
The dance club would be between two existing nightclubs, Akiko’s and Nowhere Bar, in the Cherokee Triangle neighborhood.
