In the first comprehensive review of the Ohio River toll system, an adviser hired by Kentucky and Indiana recommends pacts with Illinois and other states to ensure drivers can be identified and sent bills.
The Ohio River bridge toll system took in nearly $112 million in the year ending in June, beating projections of $97 million. Late fees and fines made up nearly 13 percent of all revenue.
In an email to customers, RiverLink said there will be several precautions in place when the centers reopen to keep both customers and employees safe.
