Rightsizing, also called reconfiguration, are strategies used to make streets safer, calmer and more inclusive, according to Metro.
Work to "right-size" an intersection at Taylor Boulevard and Winkler Avenue in south Louisville near Churchill Downs was planned to begin in late August.
Previously in Kentucky, license plates would go with the vehicle if selling or trading it in.
