LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Adults can enjoy summer camps too at Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest. 

Camp Bernheim has adults-only sessions designed for people to enjoy activities in nature. People can enjoy a low-impact exploration of the natural world like nature strolls, sensory experiences and a nature-inspired art and journaling.

"Trade the inbox for the forest and rediscover the joy of slowing down," Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest posted on Facebook. 

The camp costs $50 for Bernheim members, and $60 for non-members.

Registration is required by 4 p.m. the day prior to the program. Pets are not allowed.
