LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The St. Jude Dream Home symbolizes hope for our community's most vulnerable people, and the team behind the giveaway held a floor signing party at the home this week.
Sponsors and community members left messages of hope and encouragement on the foundation Tuesday before the flooring was installed, as construction continues on the home.

This year's St. Jude Dream Home is located on Meadows Rose Lane in the Bluegrass Meadows Community in Mt. Washington. The 2,400-square-foot house by Fischer Homes has an estimated value of $482,000.

The home could be yours for a $100 raffle ticket. A total of 850 raffle tickets are available this year — that's a 500-ticket increase from last year, when $800,000 was raised for St. Jude. Tickets for last year's drawing sold out before the deadline.
