LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An interactive dinosaur experience will invade Louisville again in the new year.

Jurassic Quest will be held again at the Kentucky Exposition Center for two weekends in January.

The attraction includes hands-on activities, education, "life-like moving and roaring dinosaurs," themed rides, live shows, interactive science and art activities, a fossil dig, photo opportunities and more.

New this year, organizers said the "herd" of dinosaurs has expanded, and there will be a new video tour with Jurassic Quest's "star dinosaur trainers."

Jurassic Quest opens Friday, Jan. 5 and runs through Jan. 7. It opens up again on Friday, Jan. 12 through Jan. 15.

Tickets are on sale now. Those interested are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Organizers said general admission includes the live shows, arts and crafts, and the dinosaur exhibits.
