LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kroger is hoping to fight hunger this winter.
Local stores are hosting their annual "Can-Do Soup Challenge" through Feb. 28.
Shoppers can donate canned soup at participating Kroger and Jay C stores.
The donations will support local Feeding America food pantries, helping families who face food insecurity during the colder months.
Soup is one of the most needed items at food banks this time of year, and all donations will stay local.
Customers can find collection bins and soup displays inside stores.
