LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More than 150 people voted on the new name for the redeveloped Beecher Terrace site.
And the winner is:
Beecher Terrace.
People voted to keep the same name as a tribute to its role in the Russell neighborhood.
Crews recently broke ground on the second phase of the project. Construction is expected to be done in the summer of 2020.
