As of Thursday afternoon, 430 Kentuckians were hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19, and 73 patients were being treated in intensive care units, according a report from Kentucky Public Health.
Sunday's report brings Kentucky to at least 23,161 confirmed cases of the respiratory disease since the pandemic began.Â
The governor said some trends are moving into the right direction, but the situation remains precarious.
