Zion Williamson, comeback flex
Updated
Duke's Zion Williamson shows his determination after a big score in Duke's 23-point comeback win over Louisville. This is one of those images that might not be as sharp as you'd like, but the moment it captures (hopefully) makes up for it.
Malik Williams against Virginia
Updated
This photo I think perfectly captures what it's like to play against Virginia. Another thing I always note when photographing Louisville's games against the Cavaliers -- it's extremely difficult, because whenever a Louisville player gets the ball, there are three Virginia defenders right around him. Everything is close-quarters.
The Davenports
Updated
Yes, these guys are related. Scott Davenport, father, and son Doug Davenport didn't mean to strike the same pose while watching the action in a Bellarmine University basketball game, but it came naturally.
John Lewis, atop his Assembly Hall perch
Updated
It's not all glamor and front rows. I caught WDRB's John Lewis in position early for Indiana's game against Purdue at Assembly Hall.Â
Obligatory cat photo
Updated
A rare sitting-still moment.
Hoosiers take the court
Updated
Tried to frame up the Indiana University basketball team taking the court, with the IU flag in the foreground. Not quite what I wanted here, but also not a complete fail.
Sideline collision reaction
Updated
I completely whiffed on this collision between Louisville's Asia Durr and a Boston College player, but the reactions of the two Hokies' players here after they realized who the collision was with was some consolation.Â
Speed cubing
Updated
My son, Henry, solving a 3-by-3 cube at a recent competition.

Updated
Romeo Langford, framed by some students' outstretched hands, at the free-throw line in Indiana's loss to Purdue.
Wade Houston and Denny Crum
Updated
I wish I'd gotten better straight-on shots of these two men who spent so much time together on the Louisville sidelines. Wade Houston was being honored for being among the first African-American basketball players at Louisville, and Denny Crum was on hand to honor his longtime assistant.
Asia Durr, smiling
Updated
I suppose this was among my most-shared photos of the month, and I'm not sure why, except that people really like Asia Durr, and this captures a happy moment, mid-game.
