Humana Tower

The company has been working over the past year to vacate the building and consolidate its Louisville headquarters to its Waterside-Clocktower campus on the east side of downtown.

The pending sale raises questions about the future of the building and how it will be repurposed. 

Louisville Business First reports that local developer is in the planning stages of converting the 27-story building.
