Abortions have been allowed to continue in the state since a county judge blocked the law from being enforced in September, a week after the law approved in August had taken effect.
The news comes a week after Vice President JD Vance visited Indianapolis as the White House pressures the solidly Republican state to redraw it’s congressional map.Â
Earlier this week, Gov. Mike Braun called for a special session to begin Nov. 3 to redraw congressional boundaries amid mounting pressure from the White House.
