The man charged with the murder of a 19-year-old Kentucky State University student will be held in Frankfort on a $1 million full cash bond.
Jacob Lee Bard was arrested Dec. 9 on the KSU campus, after he allegedly shot and killed a student and critically injured another near the M. Young Jr. Hall.
