A man who was shot by Louisville Metro Police after pointing a gun at officers was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, but he claimed he was in too much pain.Â
No one else was injured in the shooting.
Jaron Bobbitt, 38, was shot Monday, Nov. 13, near Wyandotte Park after police said he pointed an "AR-15-style pistol" at officers who were responding to a domestic violence call.
